What we collect
When you call, text, WhatsApp or email us, we receive the contact details you choose to give - usually your name, phone number or email, the address for the job and a description of what needs to go. This website is a static site with no booking form and no account login, so the only details we hold are the ones you send us directly through those channels.
How we use it
We use your details for one thing: to give you a price and carry out your clearance. That means contacting you about the job, turning up at the right address, and sending your receipt and waste transfer note. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone except where the law requires it (for example, the duty-of-care record that goes with licensed waste disposal).
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics that profile you. If that ever changes, we will update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep job records, including waste transfer notes, for as long as the law requires and no longer than we need them. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
