Do you take fridges and freezers?
Yes. Fridges and freezers need separate licensed handling for the gases, and we are set up for it - just mention it when you book so we bring the right kit.
What can't you take?
Hazardous waste (asbestos, chemicals, clinical or liquid waste) we can't carry under our licence. If you're unsure, send us a photo and we'll tell you straight away.
Do I need to be home?
Only if the items are inside and locked away. If everything is accessible - a garage, garden or front path - we can clear it and take card payment over the phone.
Is same-day really available?
Often, yes - we're a local crew, not a national booking queue. Call early and we'll tell you honestly whether we can fit you in today.
How is the price worked out?
By the volume your waste takes up in our van, inclusive of VAT, labour and disposal. We quote a fixed price on the phone before we set off - no call-out fee.
What happens to my rubbish?
It goes to licensed transfer stations where it's sorted - we divert 95%+ from landfill and give you a duty-of-care waste transfer note for your records.
